This highly readable 'manual' covers all the basic information needed to sail a small sailboat effectively and efficiently. Sailing theory, rigging, types of craft, safety measures, maneuvering and so on are discussed in detail. Relevant drawings and more than 200 illustrations and photographs have been included.
This book is in very good condition, as is the dust jacket which has minor edge wear. There are no torn pages. All pages are clean; binding is tight.
Although the book is from 1981, the information is still very relevant and useful today. It is a great book.
